TesseraSnapPurchase & activation
TesseraSnap is free. Pro is a one-time license for the mouse and workspace features, and every install starts with a 7-day trial.

How the trial works
- It starts the first time TesseraSnap runs on a PC. No account, email or card.
- Every Pro feature works for 7 days. The tray menu counts down, for example Pro trial: 3 days left.
- When it ends, the status reads Free version (Pro trial ended) and Pro features switch off.
- Stashed windows slide back into view and a pinned window is unpinned.
- Free features and your settings stay as they are.
The license
- One payment, no subscription: $9.99 for one PC, $14.95 for a 2-PC pack, $19.95 for a 3-PC pack. See Pricing.
- Each PC needs its own license. A 2-PC pack covers two PCs, a 3-PC pack covers three.
- Lifetime: future Pro features are included, with no upgrade fees.
Buying Pro
Buy on the Pricing page, or open it from the app:
- Tray menu → Buy TesseraSnap Pro…
- Buy Pro at the bottom of the Settings sidebar
Your license key arrives by email with the receipt. In the Microsoft Store version, Pro is an in-app purchase at the same price, with no key.
Activating a license key
- Copy the license key from your receipt email.
- Open Settings → App Settings, paste the key and click Activate.
- TesseraSnap checks the key online, and the status changes to TesseraSnap Pro.
Moving Pro to another PC
- On the old PC, open Settings → App Settings and click Remove activation under About TesseraSnap.
- On the new PC, activate the key.
Old PC gone? Remove it on the order page linked in your receipt email, or email [email protected].
Checking your status
The bottom of the Settings sidebar shows Pro, the trial and its days left, or the free version. The tray menu shows it too.
Privacy
No telemetry, no account. Details are in the privacy policy.
- The free version goes online only when you ask it to check for updates.
- With a key, TesseraSnap contacts Lemon Squeezy when you activate and about once a week after. It sends the key and a random activation label (shown in Settings), nothing about your PC.
- If that check can't get through, Pro keeps working for 30 days.
