TesseraSnap is made by one developer working under the name TappsAI (“we”).

The app gathers nothing about your PC, your windows or how you use it: no telemetry, analytics or crash reporting.
It goes online only for update checks and, with Pro, license checks.
If you buy Pro, we keep your order details. We never email you first, sell your data or send marketing.

On your PC

To move windows, the app reads their position, size, title and program name, and registers keyboard shortcuts and a mouse hook.

%APPDATA%\TesseraSnap holds settings and a log of what the app did, including titles and program names of windows it moved.
The registry key HKCU\Software\TesseraSnap holds the first-run date and your license details.
It all stays on your PC; we see your log only if you email it. To remove it all, delete that folder and key.

These are the app's only connections; its links open in your browser.

The label holds nothing from your PC: not its name, hardware or anything on it.
Lemon Squeezy keeps it to count and list your activations on your order page, where you can remove one.
Settings shows this PC's label; Remove activation removes it.
Cloudflare (update checks) and Lemon Squeezy (license checks) see your IP address. We do not log or keep it.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it takes payment, handles sales tax and emails your receipt and key, under its own privacy policy.

We never see your card details.
We receive your name, email address, country and order details, only for tax records, refunds, lost keys and support.
The receipt links to our feedback form; that is the only time we ask.

Our optional feedback form runs on Google Forms, under Google's privacy policy.

It collects your answers, plus a name and email only if you give them.
Opened from the app, it also gets the app version and edition (free, trial or Pro), nothing else.
We publish a review only with your permission, under the name you give or as “Anonymous”, never with your email.
We read every response first and publish positive and negative reviews alike.
We withhold only reviews that are off topic or contain slurs, vulgar or abusive content, harassment, someone's personal information or spam.
Ask and we take your review down at any time.

Mail to [email protected] reaches the developer. We use it, including any log file, only to answer you.

No cookies, analytics or tracking, and nothing loaded from other companies' servers.
Its host, Cloudflare Pages, sees your IP address to serve pages and block attacks. We do not log or keep it.
Your accent color and theme choice are saved in your browser only.

For Microsoft Store installs:

Pro is an in-app purchase; Microsoft handles payment and refunds under its own privacy terms. No license key is needed.
Microsoft gives us aggregate download and crash statistics that don't identify you or your PC.
The app itself sends nothing more.

TesseraSnap is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
