If TesseraSnap Pro is not right for you, ask within 14 days of buying for your money back. No questions asked.

How to ask

• Email [email protected] within 14 days of buying.
• Write from the address you bought with, or include your order number.
• No reason needed.

Who handles it

• We ask Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to refund you.
• The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Timing depends on your bank.

What happens to your license

• The license key is deactivated. Pro switches off the next time TesseraSnap checks the key.
• The free version keeps working, and your settings stay.

Microsoft handles payment for Pro bought in the Microsoft Store, so those refunds go through Microsoft.
